7. Participant Responsibility & Capacity

You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

This program is not suitable for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. You agree to seek appropriate professional support if needed and to participate only within your personal capacity and discernment.


8. Community & Group Participation Disclaimer

Participation in group sessions, live calls, or community spaces is voluntary.

The Sovara Collective, LLC is not responsible for the statements, actions, or opinions expressed by other participants. While respectful engagement is expected, we do not guarantee confidentiality among participants and cannot control how shared information is used by others.

You are responsible for what you choose to share and for maintaining appropriate personal boundaries.


9. Recording & Content Use

Live sessions, calls, or group experiences may be recorded for educational, training, or replay purposes.

By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are owned by The Sovara Collective, LLC and may be shared with other program participants or future cohorts.

If you do not wish to appear on recordings, it is your responsibility to disable video or refrain from verbal participation.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees or representations regarding:

  • Specific outcomes or results

  • Emotional, relational, business, or financial improvement

  • Personal transformation

Results vary by individual and depend on many factors beyond our control.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law, The Sovara Collective, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, profits, data, or business opportunities
